Elders
Matt Guerino
Lead Pastor/Elder
I've been married to my wife Amy since 1994 and we have two young adult children, Elizabeth and Tommy. I've served in full-time pastoral ministry since 1999, including my time here at Harvest which began in 2006. God has given me a passion to teach his Word and to lead his people, and I love the opportunity I have to do those things in my role as the Lead Pastor of a church like Harvest that's so responsive to God's heart for his people.
Jim Barclay
Elder
My wife, Kathy, and I have attended Harvest since the mid-1990's where the Lord has nurtured us in countless ways. We were both widowed, in 2010 and 2011 respectively, and then married in 2012. We each have three children with our previous spouses and six grandchildren between us. In 2016 I retired from a 39-year career as a real estate appraiser. Growing up, I had only intermittent exposure to church and the Word of God, but came to saving faith in Jesus Christ at age 28 and since then I continue in wonder and gratitude over the grace that made me a new creation, moving me from darkness into light. Consequently, I consider it a great privilege to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and to serve His church any way I can.

Elder Chairman
I've been married to my high school sweetheart, Danine, since 1994. We enjoy being involved in our two son's lives as they quickly grow into adulthood. Working at Washington County for over 14 years and attending Harvest since 2014, I appreciate the local community God has woven in to our family's lives to share, support and experience life with.

My wife, Karen, and I have attended Harvest since the early 1990’s. we have been married 47 years and have 2 adult children with 3 grandchildren. I recently retired after 40 years as a psychologist. My passion is to help others understand and become the people God has designed them to be. Harvest is a loving community for the lifelong process of discipleship and growth to occur.
Paul Litzenberg
Elder of Stewardship
I came to know Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior at the relatively young age of 7, due to God’s grace and the loving godly example of my mom and dad, for which I am eternally grateful. My wonderful wife, Vicki, and I were married in 1980. We have two grown children and 5 grandchildren ages newborn-10. We have been active members of Harvest since 1992. I recently retired from Qorvo Inc, here in Hillsboro, after 33+ years working as an electrical engineer and manager, 42 total years in the electronics industry, after graduating from the University of Illinois in 1979. We thank God for the privilege and opportunities to learn, grow, serve, and worship God together with our Harvest CC community.
Brent Lince
Elder
Growing up in the Seattle area, I gave my life to Christ at a young age, then recommitted to him in my early teens. I went to Seattle Pacific University where I met my wonderful wife Karen. We were married in 1985. We lived in Pullman for 2 years (where I was baptized), then moved to Hillsboro in 1989 where I started work as a design engineer at Intel. We started attending Harvest in 1990 and have been committed ever since, serving in a variety of ways. We have 3 amazing daughters. In 2007 I started a career as a fee-only financial planner. My desire is to see God glorified in his church as a whole and in his local body here at Harvest.

Elder Secretary
My beautiful bride and I met when we were both 16 years old. Smitten from the very first time, there has been no one else for either of us. We have been married for the last 44 years. We enjoy each other’s company and ran a business together for the last 10 years before retiring in 2019. We joined Harvest in 2004 after moving out from Boise. We were active in several ministries and appreciate the honor of being asked to serve as an Elder.

Elder
My wife Linda and I have been married for 43 years and have attended Harvest since 2010. We have 2 adult sons, 2 wonderful daughters-in-law, and 6 beautiful grandchildren. I retired from public school teaching in 2017 and continue to work as a substitute math teacher. I am currently serving the Lord as coordinator of the Community Life Group ministry and as a member of the Men’s Ministry Leadership Team. My passion is to see people grow in their walk with the Lord by understanding at a deep level who Jesus is and what He accomplished for them by His death on the cross. I accepted Christ as the Lord of my life in 1970 while attending Stanford University. After teaching and coaching in California for 7 years, the Lord called me to vocational Christian ministry in 1980. I spent the next 17 years serving as a youth pastor, children’s pastor, Christian school administrator, and pastor of Christian education. I am humbled and honored to be serving the Lord as an Elder at Harvest.

Bruce Wickersheim
Associate Pastor of Music and Member Care
I met my beautiful wife, Tammy Jo, while we were on a church planting team in 1994, and we've been serving Christ and His church ever since then- in all of the west coast states: Washington, Oregon, and California (but mostly in Oregon). We've been married since 1997, and our daughter, Kimmy, is a gifted artist who works at UC Davis. And Rose, Tammy's service dog, a Royal Standard Poodle, has been a part of our "pack" since September 2019. It's a privilege to serve on the team at Harvest, and to do what God created me to do- joyfully encourage His people to worship Him, and lovingly care for His forever family!
Chris Quinn
Associate Pastor, Youth and Small Groups
I grew up in a Christian home, in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, but gave my life to Christ when I was 15 in 2002 and have followed Jesus ever since. My wife, Lindsey, and I have been married since 2014 and we have four young children: Avery, Jovie, Isla and Bowen. I've served in churches vocationally since 2007 in youth ministry positions and I'm excited to continue to do that at Harvest.
Sandy Burgess
Minister to Women
My husband Dave and I have been married for over 30 years and have three adult children. I have enjoyed working in several different areas of ministry throughout the years, but I have always been drawn toward helping women discover their unique design and purpose in Christ. We came to Harvest over and I have been on staff since May 2015.

Danine Brewer
Harvest Preschool Director
I have been teaching young children for the last 30 years. I love seeing the world though a child’s eyes as they discover and experience the world God created for them. Over the years, I have taught ages 2 through 6, spending my last 12 years teaching kindergarten. My focus is on understanding each individual child and helping them grow academically, socially, and spiritually. I enjoy partnering with families as we set the foundation for their child’s success.
